| What are the benefits of Rental Purchase? |

- No credit necessary. A rental account will not affect your credit score or debt ratio.
- No long term obligation. You only pay for the time you are using the property or through the current rental term which means you are able to return the property at any time.
- Pay how you want! You can choose between weekly, biweekly, or monthly payments and you can change your payment schedule anytime you need based on your current situation. You will save money by choosing the monthly option.
- Free delivery and setup
- 90-days Same-As-Cash Option
- Free service. Merchandise will be serviced and/or repaired free of charge during the term of your rental agreement and a loaner, if necessary, will be provided at no charge.
- Your rental payment history can be used to establish credit for your future.

| Who rents? |
| |
Numerous people from all walks of life rent furniture or appliances at one time or another. These people are often newlyweds, recently divorced, first time home owners, singles, college students, relocated workers, military personnel, and many others. Many of these people will only rent the merchandise for a few months while others rent the merchandise for the full term or pay off early through one of our early pay off options. |

| What about the quality of rental merchandise? |

Rental merchandise must be durable and trouble-free, made only of excellent quality and including the latest styles available. We provide merchandise that will last our customers for many years to come. Premier believes every customer should get the best value for their money. |

| What information do I need to provide to open a rental account? |
| |
You do not need credit to open a rental account through our store. Our Order Form asks for personal information and only takes a few minues to complete. |

| What happens if I need to return my merchandise or I can't make my payment? |
| |
There are no penalties for returning merchandise. Whatever your reason may be for the return, you make your payments one week, two weeks, or a month ahead of time and you are under no obligation to keep the merchandise after that time. Simply call us and request that the merchandise be returned. |

| If I decide to pay my merchandise off early, is there an early pay-off option? |
| |
There are two early purchase options available if you wish to pay the merchandise off early and save money before the end of the rental term:
- 90-days Same-As-Cash - You have 90 days in which to pay out the merchandise rented from us for the cash price plus tax. Minimum rental payments must be made during this 90 day period.
- Early Buyout Option - After the 90 day option has expired, you are still able to pay the property off early and save money. Your discount is normally 40% off the remaining balance. See store for details.
